At Chapman Custom Homes, we believe in creating and maintaining strong relationships. Our relationships with developers, subcontractors and homeowners are built upon genuine, honest and professional experiences. We have great working relationships with most of the developers in the city, we hire only licensed, high-quality, hard-working subcontractors, and we understand any special requirements people may have when they choose to build their home.
At Chapman, we take pride in building high-quality homes at a reasonable price. We can build any size home in any price range, and we strive to put the same amount of quality and care into every job.
While Chapman Custom Homes started in 2002, Shane got an early start by building his first house when he was 18. Shane worked with an experienced contractor and was able to learn both how to manage home construction as well as how to build everything in it. Today, Shane is a master carpenter with nearly 20 years experience and is well-respected in the building community as a genuine, honest and fair professional. He is in good standing with the Wichita Area Builders Association and currently sits on the Codes Committee with WABA. He has been a part of the Board of Directors for WABA and was elected to the City of Wichita’s Electrical Board of Code Appeals, for which he served a two-year term.
Andrea designs all Chapman Custom Homes’ floor plans, from the working blueprints to the interior details. Andrea also got an early start designing houses in high school. Every model home design has been a “Pick of the Parade” winner, in part due to Chapman Custom Homes’ dedication to unique but very functional designs. Andrea designs with every type of person in mind, whether it is families with children, empty nesters or single homebuyers – she designs for everyone.
Chapman Custom Homes currently has models in five different developments, but we welcome the opportunity to build in any area. We also specialize in county builds. We love watching what starts as a drawing on a piece of paper come to life, as it transforms from just a house to a home!
