At Chapman Custom Homes, I believe in creating and maintaining strong relationships. My relationships with developers, subcontractors and homeowners are built upon genuine, honest and professional experiences. I have great working relationships with the developers in and around the city, I hire only licensed, high-quality, hard-working subcontractors, and understand special requirements people may have when they choose to build their home.
At Chapman, I take pride in building high-quality homes at a reasonable price. I can build any size home in any price range, and strive to put the same amount of quality and care into every job.
While Chapman Custom Homes started in 2002, I got an early start by building my first house when I was 18. I worked with an experienced contractor and was able to learn both how to manage home construction as well as how to build everything in it. Today, I am a master carpenter with over 30 years experience and am well-respected in the building community as a genuine, honest and fair professional.
I work closely with The Drafting Company to develope all my floor plans. Every plan I create is designed from scratch to be unique and functional. My plans are created with every type of person in mind, whether it is families with children, empty nesters or single homebuyers – My plans will work for everyone. If I don't have a plan that interests you I can create one. While most of the homes I build start with a model plan, I can also design a new plan from scratch so you get exactly what you want.
I have model homes in several different developments, but I welcome the opportunity to build in any area. I love watching what starts as a drawing on a piece of paper come to life, as it transforms from just a house to a home!
